Job description

The works supervisor is a field professional whose activities vary greatly depending on the size of the site and the company’s organization. Reporting directly to the company manager or works director, they are responsible for work quality, deadlines, and budget compliance. They oversee every stage of the project, from reviewing the file to final handover. They plan, organize, control and execute construction, development or equipment works on sites, supervise site knowledge and administrative procedures, and choose the resources to be deployed.
