Professional Bachelor's in Construction

The main goal of the program is site management within construction projects in building and public works. The training focuses on work organization and site management while raising awareness of HR management, safety, quality and environmental considerations.

Students will acquire the following skills:

• Prepare and organize a building or public works site
• Manage teams and subcontractors
• Coordinate between stakeholders (architects, design offices)
• Address safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Produce appropriate management documentation
• Manage financial follow-up
• Implement corrective actions in case of budget overruns

Graduates work in building and public works companies, construction and housing management firms, or with project managers.

They can pursue roles such as site supervisor, site manager, or construction technician, and may increasingly take on commercial responsibilities.
